Composing Stress Management Training Curriculum For the Class

By Kenneth Allen

You have to pay a great attention to stress management training among any other programs in your job, since it is truly significant to be learned. Stress management training comes to existence as the implementation of the belief that everybody can virtually get the advantage from the capability to control their stress. You can arrange the curriculum of comprehensive management of stress easily by covering some or all of them, no matter how long you will spend the time on each of these topics.

Recommending Time Management to a Class

The stress rank of a person can be significantly influenced by their time management. You can teach the class of management of stress to prioritize their everyday activities.

Glen Luckman Relieving the Physical Stress

In stress training, you can relieve your stress through lots of physical sensations. But, those are not suggested for a workplace, school, or church group seminar.

Low-Stress Foods and Drinks

More about stress management training, you are recommended to eat the low-salt, alcohol-free vegan diet due to providing the nutrients needed for stress-free living and also decrease blood pressure and stroke risk. They typically do not consider diet tips as part of management of stress.

Alcohol-free beer and wine, fresh fruits, low-sodium breads and crackers will be the great foods for refreshments.

Mind Games

In the stress management training course, you can include several practical coping techniques. Write down most worrying things and prepare the time to sit down and worry about it. So if you schedule your worry date properly, there will be a good chance to do that. If the breakdown is really happened, keep the appointment; otherwise, forget about it.

How to Create a Work Life Balance

By Donna Deming

If you feel your work and life are out of balance you are not alone. Many people struggle with creating a balance between spending extra hours at work and taking time to enjoy their home life. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself “how do I get my work and home life back in balance?”

What would you have to say “NO” to in order to create a balance? Do you need to say “NO” at work? “NO” to a friend? When you are no longer consciously choosing how to spend your time you are being driven by fear. What are you afraid of? Are you afraid you will not be a good friend if you say “NO?” Are you afraid you will not be looked upon as a devoted employee if you say “NO?” Are you not saying “NO” to turning off the television so you can set aside time to exercise, read, meditate or whatever it is you desire to do but have been unable to find time for?

As a life coach I have worked with individuals who do not see anyway out of this perspective. They begin life coaching feeling as though they don’t have the power of choice. They experience a blindness to even considering that there might be a different way. They say things to themselves such as “That’s just the way it is.” Yet inside they yearn for a work life balance. They feel they are missing out on life.

Having a work life balance means something different to each person. Balance is a personal issue.

Where do you start?

Remember: you have the power to choose! Clearly identify your fears and see if there is another perspective you can take on the situation. Are you afraid you will get fired if you don’t work overtime every day? Why not speak to your manager and tell him you have to leave on time 2 days a week. Take a chance and see what happens. Can you organize your time better at work so you don’t work so much overtime? Do you hold back from delegating at work and end up overloading yourself? Make a list of actions you can take other than working overtime every day. Begin by making small changes.

Why Do We Need Human Writers

By Lance Winslow

There are many jobs that include writing, and creative thought. Often, there are people in these fields that make good amount of money, no most do not, but there are some that do. The question is what about all the rest? Do we really need humans to do all that writing? Think about it and think about how much better artificial intelligence is getting these days?

Did you know there is a computer scientist that has programmed software that has written 261,000 books? It’s true and the program scans text in hundreds of different categories and then re-arranges the sentences using grammatical rules. Is this plagiarism?

Hard to say, it sounds like it, but he is taking information from hundreds of sources and combining them, and he has the computer re-write it all. Now mind you he’s only been doing this a little while, a few years, but the eBooks he creates are readable, understandable and packed with information. Okay, so those are nonfiction books; what about fictional works?

Will someone create a computer program that can weave humor, mystery, conflict, and intrigue into a story with created characters in a realistic setting? Will this artificially intelligent software be better, worse or indistinguishable from a human author? When someone does perfect this, will they put their name on the works, would we know the difference? Would they flood the market crowding out human writers?

Folks this future is coming, so if a human writer gets too arrogant or think that they will compete in the future with computers and artificial software that writes, well, then, they are only kidding themselves. Just don’t let them kid you. Please consider all this.

Calling All Inspired to Be Writers - No Excuses, Start Writing Today! Part 1

By Tony Ferguson

So you say, I would love to write, but have nothing to say, or I’m not a famous celebrity. Well, everyone has something to say, whether it’s good or bad. Maybe you woke up this morning with a headache, and you finally opened up some bills you were dreading, because you know what they are going to say. So you read the love letter from some collector filled with sweet words of encouragement, on how they are going to mess up your credit. By turning your account over to a collection agency if you don’t pay now! And I mean now. That means, you better call him or her today with your debit, credit card or PayPal payment.

Now tell me you don’t have something to write about! Well, you have not even had your morning coffee yet! And why did you wake up early in the morning with a headache? Answer, because you’re stressed out! Because you go to work at a job you hate, but need. And would slap your boss silly if you could, but you don’t. That’s if you want to keep a roof over your youngsters head. Let’s not forget, it takes food and water to continue living. But most important you continue to work at a job you hate because, this is the best you can do for now. And you are a man or woman with pride who works for what you want in life.

Yes, you have plenty to say, take all your stress and put it to your pen or pencil, and talk real talk. Say what’s on your mind! Take your hobby, and write about your passion. Some of my best poems and writings were created doing the worst times of my life. Because, they were created based on actual, and factual events of my life that were real. My pen, is my therapy!
